The general aim of this research is to identify the relationship between creative teaching and teaching quality of the physical education teachers who teach in the first secondary schools in Hamadan. This research is a descriptive research of correlation which was conducted by field method. The statistical population of the research includes all physical education teachers of the first secondary school in Hamedan city (145 members) were randomi simply selected and by using cochran formula 105 members selected.
The study consisted of a questionnaire devised by the researcher, measuring characteristics, creative teaching (Jon-Chao Hong et al, 2005) and teaching quality (Glassick C). Then the face validity was acting et used and were determined by using cronbach's alpha. The face validity and reliability were respectively 0.77 & 0.88. In order to describe the personal characteristics of individuals and referential tests such as Pearson correlation formula were used. to evaluate the correlation between elements of creative teaching and teaching quality of physical education teachers.
The results of the research showed that there is a significant direct correlation between the components of creative teaching and the quality of teaching of physical education teachers (r = 0.05, ρ<0.510), as well as the correlation coefficient between the components of creative teaching, individual characteristics (r = 0.54), Individual effort (r=0.49), family factor (r=0.49), way of thinking (r=0.47), belief about education (r=0.32), environmental factor (r=0.31) ), motivation (r=0.30), commitment to teaching (r=0.26), significant direct correlation with teaching quality was observed at a significant level (ρ<0.01).
